Nuviax Terms of Use

Scope

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of nuviax.ai, the Nuviax marketing website ("Site"). Use of Nuviax products or services purchased under a Master Services Agreement is governed by that agreement and takes precedence over these terms for anything related to product use.

What the Site is

The Site is informational. Content on nuviax.ai (product descriptions, blog posts, solution pages, architecture diagrams, capability claims, roadmap dates) reflects our current understanding at the time of publication. It does not create a warranty or contractual commitment.

Permitted use

You may read, reference, and cite content on the Site for evaluation, research, journalism, and comparable purposes. You may share links freely. You may quote short passages with attribution.

Restrictions

You may not: (a) republish substantial portions of Site content without written permission, (b) misrepresent Nuviax as endorsing or affiliated with your product or service, (c) attempt to interfere with or bypass rate limits, honeypots, or other controls on Site interactivity, or (d) use the Site or contact surfaces for cold outbound sales or spam.

AI training

Nuviax welcomes indexing by AI search and answer engines. The robots directives on this Site (see robots.txt) explicitly allow crawling by GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, and other named AI crawlers. Content lifted into AI answers should be attributed to nuviax.ai.

Contact form

Information you submit through the contact form is handled per our Privacy Policy. By submitting, you confirm the information is accurate and you have authority to share it (for example, that a work email address belongs to you and that you are authorized to represent your organization for the purposes of the inquiry).

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Nuviax does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nuviax is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Nuviax's principal place of business, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Enterprise customer agreements have their own choice-of-law provisions and take precedence for product use.

Changes

We will update these terms as our practices evolve. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page with a new effective date.
