IIT Bombay alumni who spent the last decade at firms where AI had to survive a procurement review, a security audit, and a board presentation before it could touch a single user. That experience is what Nuviax is built on.

Mission
Every firm we have worked with wanted to ship AI faster. Most were already spending on it - they just couldn't tell you which team, which model, or what it bought them. The uncertainty wasn't about whether to adopt AI. It was about how to do it without losing control of the spend, the governance, or the timeline.
Nuviax exists to close that gap. A suite of products that handles routing, cost attribution, policy enforcement, orchestration, and vertical AI workflows - so firms can onboard AI at the pace they need, with the controls their compliance and finance teams require from day one.

Every deliverable is a written artifact - architecture diagram, findings doc, runbook. No slide decks. No talking-point charts. If we can't write it down, we haven't understood it.

Security review, policy enforcement, audit trail - not a migration project six months in. Compliance teams meet us at the kickoff, not at deployment.

We spend our innovation tokens on the problem, not the stack. Proven tools, familiar patterns, so your ops team can operate what we hand off without hiring a specialist.

Every engagement ends with your team running it without us. Knowledge transfer is a first-class deliverable, not a footnote. We prefer short, intense engagements over long retainers.
Where we are
Nuviax is in its early stage. We are working with design partners on production deployments of AI Gateway, AI Guardrails, and Intelligence Fabric while actively shipping RFP AI Solution and AI for BA.
Our consulting motion runs in parallel with the products, and often leads into them. Many of our early product customers started with a 90-minute architecture review.
